Welcome
Life is changing all the time, sometimes change is easy and sometimes change is hard. When change is hard how do we know who to turn to? Finding someone can be scary, not knowing who is good, who you can trust or who has the wisdom to help, support and guide you. For many turning to a therapist helps the individual, couple or family cope with the change and receive the help needed. For this reason Madhur-Nain Webster has the technology, wisdom and grace to help those who are experiencing difficult change.
The philosophies behind Madhur-Nain Webster’s practice are simple and effective; for example positive intervention of support, holding the space, and meditation (breathe and chanting). Therapy sessions support the goals and changes that clients want to achieve in their lives. Another philosophy is to let clients know it is always good to give something three chances before deciding it may not work. During that time, clients may often recognize that the situation they are in is the situation that they can learn from the most.
Often there are times when a client may not feel comfortable in the therapy process. Madhur-Nain Webster understands this, be it the discomfort of the process the client is going through or the feelings of discomfort surfacing while in therapy. She works with clients to support them in feeling safe, secure and recognizes this is critical for their growth. Client feedback is also encouraged for mutual growth and understanding between Therapist and client.
Please be sure to check her blog for updated information, new and up coming therapy techniques and news of her book release.
